Wednesday top news brings coalition clarity

Cape Town – South Africa on Wednesday learned some details of what coalition agreements were in place to manage hung municipalities.

The Democratic Alliance has made its bed with a number of smaller parties, but the Economic Freedom Fighters will not snuggle.
