Ian Fuhr writes that he found his hope and purpose in 2020, after spending more than 40 years working towards that moment.

I didn't launch my new business, the Hatch Institute, in 2020. We launched in 2019. But 2020 brought our purpose sharply into focus.

The Hatch Institute is the culmination of 40 years of building businesses under South Africa's unique operating conditions, specifically, the underlying complexities of our racially polarised society.
