Nasa launches suborbital rocket

Atlantic - Nasa has launched a suborbital rocket from its Wallops Flight Facility on Virginia's eastern shore.

The space agency says the Terrier-Lynx suborbital rocket was launched for the department of defence on Monday morning.

The launch originally was scheduled for Friday morning, but Nasa postponed it because of weather concerns.
