SANParks Reservations' operating hours during the 2015/2016 Festive Season


Cape Town - Considering the fast-approaching peak holiday season and the number of public holidays that fall in this time, SANParks has released the dates and times that they will be available to address queries and provide customer service. 

The SANParks Reservations' operating hours during the 2015/2016 Festive Season are: 

21 December 2015 - 07:30 - 14:00
22 December 2015 - 07:30 - 14:00
23 December 2015 - 07:30 - 14:00

24 December 2015 - 07:30 - 10:00

25 December 2015 - Closed
26 December 2015 - Closed

28 December 2015 - 07:30 - 14:00
30 December 2015 - 07:30 - 14:00

31 December 2015 - 07:30 - 10:00

1 January 2016 - Closed
2 January 2016 - Closed

The Reservations office will be opened for normal office hours from 4 January 2016.

Bookings for the December 2016 and January 2017 period will only open on 20 January 2016 via the SANParks reservations office. Online bookings for the same period will open on 21 January 2016.

Visitors and prospective visitors to the park can phone central reservations on 012 428 9111 or 082 233 9111 or email reservations@sanparks.org, during the aforementioned hours. 

SANParks, however, prefers guests making use of the online platform to book. 

Visitors can also earn a 5% discount when they book online.

The online service is operational 24/7, 365 days a year.
