Cape Town - Some might think it's a funny prank, but carrying a bag with the words 'This bag contains a bomb, a gun, a very large knife and loads of drugs' is no doubt making a mockery of security protocol and the passenger safety when travelling.
And consider the increased number of terrorist attacks at some of the world's biggest airports over the past two years, the joke is cruelly insensitive too.
Despite the glaring obvious reasons not to, a tourist, presumedly a Dutch national, recently passed through Kuala Lumpur airport with a bag that claimed to contain a weapon, drugs and a bomb.
A shocked onlooker shared a photograph of the tourist online.
Shockingly, the passengers reportedly passed through security without any hold-ups.
Another passenger who witnessed the bag-toting traveller heading through security told The Sun that it goes beyond "belief that people can be so stupid in this day and age of heightened security in the face of terrorist attacks.
"But saying that - the guy got through okay so they clearly didn't notice the message on the bag."
