Former KZN Hawks boss Johan Booysen speaks to News24 about the Sunday Times saga

The commission of inquiry into allegations of state capture is expected to continue on Wednesday and former KwaZulu-Natal Hawks head Johan Booysen is expected to testify.

Former Independent Police Investigative Directorate head Robert McBride completed his evidence on Tuesday.

McBride told the commission that the SA Police Service ran on patronage. He was testifying about alleged attempts to capture the SAPS, the Hawks and the National Prosecuting Authority.
