Watch as things get chaotic in the Cape Town city centre, as bricks, stun grenades and rubber bullets fly after police try to disperse protesters. 

Police fired stun grenades to disperse #feesmustfall protesters, setting off a stampede, while Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan was delivering his mini budget on Wednesday.

"Things were fairly peaceful until a group of protesters, who had set fire to a large piece of cardboard, launched the burning object at the line of riot police near the main entrance to Parliament on Roeland street. Then all hell broke loose," said News24's Nick Pawson, who was covering the protests
