President Trump: Change starts right now

Washington - President Donald Trump, who has been sworn in as the 45th president of the United States, said on Friday change started "right here and right now".

The new president used his inaugural address to say it didn't matter which party controlled  the government. He said what mattered was "whether our government is controlled by the people".

Trump said the forgotten men and women of the country "will be forgotten no longer".

He started off his address by saying "together we will determine the course of America and the world for many, many years to come".
