Questions have been raised about the enforcement of mask-wearing regulations after Mpumalanga Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane was spotted not wearing one at the funeral of Minister in the Presidency Jackson Mthembu on Sunday.

Mthembu died of Covid-19 complications last week.
