Former Ukhozi FM presenter Ngizwe Mchunu, one of the alleged "instigators" of widespread unrest in parts of Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal the past week, handed himself over to the police on Monday afternoon.

This as Police Minister Bheki Cele told reporters five people have been arrested for incitement of violence, of which two have been in court - they did not get bail.
