The incident in which Stellenbosch University student Theuns du Toit was filmed urinating on fellow student Babalo Ndwayana's study material last Sunday reopened the conversation around racism in South Africa. 

Students at Stellenbosch University have since embarked on a number of protests, while President Cyril Ramaphosa said racism was still a feature of everyday life in South Africa.
