If President Ramaphosa has an innocent explanation for the Phala Phala burglary, why doesn't he tell us, so that we can focus fully on the comeuppance of the state capture rogues? asks Adriaan Basson.

Over the past few days, I've been challenged by a number of democracy-loving, anti-corruption patriots about what they broadly call the media's over-hyping of President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala burglary.

These are not Ramaphosa's spin-doctors or sycophants, but people who are genuinely concerned about the diversion of attention from the Ramaphosa administration's efforts to arrest, prosecute and jail those responsible for the plunder of the state under former president Jacob Zuma.
