A poll has indicated that 15% of DA voters might not vote for the party if it ignores growing calls for Western Cape independence, writes Phil Craig. 

The first major Cape independence poll of 2020 has been completed.

It was commissioned by the Cape Independence AdvocacyGroup (CIAG), and it was conducted by Gareth van Onselen’s Victory Research. The results are due to be released in early September.
