Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe has an abusive pathology of attacking anyone who demands accountability from him. As Hlophe faces impeachment, Karyn Maughan writes, his baseless accusations against his accusers are getting truly desperate.

For the last 13 years, Judge President John Hlophe has levelled accusations of racism, ulterior motive and bias against 11 of South Africa's most senior judges, including Chief Justices Pius Langa and Mogoeng Mogoeng.
