Waiting on Cyril Ramaphosa to reshuffle his Cabinet, is like watching paint dry, but heaven knows we certainly need a new coat of paint, writes Mandy Wiener. 

Why are we waiting? It's getting irritating. 

The childhood jingle has been earworming me the past couple of days. We are waiting for President Cyril Ramaphosa to announce that he is shuffling his Cabinet. The political rumour mill was rife over the weekend that it would happen on Sunday.
