Mbhazima Shilowa | Trade unions are still relevant, but only if acting in best interest of workers

Mbhazima Shilowa tells the South African Federation of Trade Unions that 'only a strong and united Saftu, and strong and united affiliates, with its house in order, can face the might of employers and the state in pursuit of the workers' demands'.

Professor Somadoda Fikeni once said the DA is wont to sit in a corner and mutilate itself, unprovoked. 

He might as well have been speaking of the South African Federation of Trade Unions (Saftu).
