The EFF is now in the driving seat after assisting the DA in taking Ekurhuleni and Johannesburg, writes Ralph Mathekga. 

The first sitting of council in the hung Gauteng metros got off to a dramatic start on Monday with a surprise turn of events regarding the election of mayors.
