Serjeantat the Bar writes that one can only speculate at the envy that Donald Trump must feel when he views the possible Zuma success. "The country will be holding its breath." 

Jacob Zuma's reign as president accomplished two fundamental achievements: it turbo-charged the level of corruption and rent-seeking, the effect of which was to divert billions from programmes that would have improved the lives of millions living on the margins to bank accounts in Dubai which were for the exclusive benefit of his cronies.
