The constitutional project is in jeopardy when Parliament is led by a Speaker under a credible cloud, an executive that puts party above nation and a judiciary where the JSC, over numerous years, has by omission or commission prevented many of the finest and most constitutionally qualified from being appointed or applying for judicial posts, writes the Sergeant at the Bar.
