There is little cause for comfort in the recent behaviour of the JSC, including its inability to act on Teflon judge, Judge President John Hlophe, writes Serjeant at the Bar. 

This country's legal system seems to stagger from crisis to increased distance from the principle of accountability.

Top of the agenda must be the Teflon judge, Judge President John Hlophe.
