Former president Jacob Zuma's recent medical parole raises several questions, writes Serjeant at the Bar. Equally troubling is that the Constitutional Court is yet to rule on Zuma's rescission application. 

Jacob Zuma's legacy in this country is secure.

Leave aside the state capturers and the carpet baggers who clung (and in many cases still do) to his political coattails to enjoy the spoils of corruption.
