Almost out of time to loot, government ministers are on a rampage of aggravated mediocrity - and Ramaphosa is protecting them as they plunder South Africa on the ANC's behalf, writes Siya Khumalo.

Not long after swearing an oath to respect and uphold the Constitution of our Republic ("with honour and dignity"), Minister Lindiwe Sisulu went on a most dishonest and undignified tirade against the Constitution and the judiciary.
