Somerset West: The Friends of the Helderberg Nature Reserve offers interpretive walks for which a small fee is charged. The walks are conducted by experienced and knowledgeable guides Andreas Groenewald (day/night walks) and Charles Britz (bird walks). An interpretive day walk to Disa Kloof takes place today. This walk goes up the gorge, so interested individuals are implored to take a picnic with brunch or lunch and meet-up at the Visitor Centre at 08:00. Bookings are essential.
