Saturday Night Fitness in Jozi was a great success, and now it’s Cape Town’s turn to dance, stretch, move and groove at SA’s biggest workout party.

Calling all fitness fans in Cape Town – grab your leggings and all your closest girlfriends! On 29 October, we’re celebrating the almost-start of hot girl summer at Saturday Night Fitness – SA’s biggest workout party.

Saturday Night Fitness is super-sizing the group exercise experience with its best-in-class workout party at Sun Park, Grandwest Casino and Entertainment World, Cape Town. Get ready to break a sweat in a crowd of more than a 1000 women with lights, music, staging, sound and six of the hottest express workouts you can pack into a single evening.

This event is for all shapes, all sizes and all fitness levels. The classes are equipment-free, so it’s just you and your besties getting to dance, stretch, move and groove – and burn some calories while you’re at it! We do recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel to sit on.

The line-up

Here’s what to expect at Saturday Night Fitness: a fun warm-up workout routine; an unbeatable HIIT class by legendary fitness MVP Queen Fitnass Mapule Ndhlovu; a chilled sunset session; an insanely fun dance cardio class with one of our fave crews, Fitness Icon; an equipment-free SWEAT 1000 finale and Junglegum on the decks.

The partners

Saturday Night Fitness is powered by Mr Price Sport, in association with Powerade, and Rethink CBD and supported by Mitchum and On Point Health. All participants will receive a fab goodie bag that includes a workout vest, premium water bottle, skipping rope, hydration from Powerade and vouchers from our sponsors.

Gates open at 13:00 and event starts at 16:00, so get there early to secure the best spot and enjoy the activations!

Don’t miss out on what will be an unforgettable night. Buy your tickets here, TODAY!
