Tamarin Fraenkel is an award-winning Art Director, Graphic Designer and Illustrator with close to 10 years of experience in advertising and marketing. Tamarin has worked on many of South Africa's biggest brands, as well as numerous small businesses across Southern Africa.

Now based in the United Kingdom, Tamarin heads up a team of digital designers for a global Customer Experience (CX) agency. Passionate about creativity, creative leadership and collaboration, Tamarin places this at the heart of all she does.

5. Simone Rossum: Executive Creative Director of SHIFT (previously Joe Public SHIFT)

Simone joined Joe Public (now named SHIFT) in 2006, and has more than 16 years of industry experience in brand design. She was appointed Executive Creative Director of SHIFT in 2016, after six years as a Creative Director with the agency. Simone was a Loeries Awards Judge in 2009, 2012, 2015, 2017 and 2021, and a D&AD Awards Judge in 2019. SHIFT has been recognised for numerous local and international design awards, and is a holistic experience design partner that works closely with its clients to solve business challenges through design thinking.
