1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt together. Beat the milk, olive oil and yogurt together and slowly add it to the flour mixture until it becomes too thick to stir with a spoon. Put the dough on a clean surface and knead until smooth and elastic – about 8 minutes. Grease a mixing bowl with a little oil and add the dough. Set aside to double in volume.
