Johannesburg - Expelled ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema was not expected to appear in court on Tuesday, his lawyer said on Monday.
"We have not received confirmation of charges as yet... I can tell you that Mr Malema won't be appearing in court tomorrow [Tuesday]," Nicqui Galaktiou told Sapa.
She said a press statement would be issued on Tuesday morning.
City Press reported on Sunday that Malema was due to appear in the Polokwane Regional Court on Wednesday on fraud and money laundering charges.
The Sunday Times said he would appear in the dock, along with five individuals and four companies.
Last Friday, an arrest warrant was issued for Malema.
