Will Eskom make good on loadshedding losses?

In view of the load shedding “power outages” on account of Eskom being incapable of supplying consistent power which we as customers have to pay for.

Can someone in authority please be so kind to enquire from Eskom if the power utility will make good the monthly outage periods in monetary terms for power which was not available to clients at the time?

Moreover, will Eskom make good the losses incurred by small business owners who do not have their own standby generators?
