FACT CHECK | Lindiwe Sisulu 'plagiarised' a UK official's speech, reports - without references

Tourism Minister Lindiwe Sisulu appears to have plagiarised, word for word, 23% of her column in response to ANC veteran Mavuso Msimang, a report by plagiarism detection service Turnitin shows.  

Sisulu's spokesperson Steve Motale dismissed the claims on Thursday afternoon, initially calling it "WMC [white monopoly capital] propaganda in full swing", before deleting the message and sending another response.
