A report by an independent panel appointed by Parliament has tightened the Phala Phala noose around President Cyril Ramaphosa's neck. The findings leave Ramaphosa with no breathing room, and may prove fatal, writes Qaanitah Hunter.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has been served his most lethal political blow ever, and which comes with a real risk of being fatal.  

In an unprecedented move, an independent panel of legal experts appointed by Parliament found that there was enough reason to believe the president violated the Constitution.
