South Africa will not make progress unless it stops its obsession with race, former DA leader Tony Leon believes. He spoke to News24 about his new book "Future Tense", why Mmusi Maimane was "an experiment that went wrong", why mass protests haven't yet started in the country, and how South Africa exports its expertise. 

Former South African ambassador to Argentina and Democratic Alliance leader Tony Leon is of the opinion that the country's obsession with race will keep it in a state of deterioration.
