I am both excited and concerned about the future. The recent pandemic has meant that many of our priorities have changed. It has demonstrated that the future belongs to innovation. Innovation in technology, healthcare, education and the workplace.
Given that Africa has been left far behind the rest of the world in this area, that its population growth rates exceed those of developed markets, and that climate change is expected to affect Africa most severely, we should all be concerned. There are no easy answers, but unless we start debating the topic together, the future will remain uncertain.
