Democrats hope that outrage will soar once voters see Trump’s efforts to overturn the election, writes John Matisonn.

US Attorney-General Merrick Garland is under pressure to prosecute former US President Donald Trump criminally, and one of the loudest voice for prosecution comes from his former professor at Harvard Law School, Lawrence Tribe.

Garland will be forced to make this decision in the most heated news climate of any election in recent memory - and he is expected to make it without taking advice from his boss, President Joe Biden.
