Transport minister Fikile Mbalula proved once again this week when he refused to answer for an ill-thought out tweet about landing in Ukraine, that our leaders just don't think they are accountable to the country's citizens, writes Qaanitah Hunter. 

There are not many people who take transport minister Fikile Mbalula seriously.

He is the class-clown of Cabinet with a penchant for saying ridiculous things in public forums and tweeting so outrageously one often suspects he is under the influence of something.
