For coalitions to operate more effectively, United Democratic Movement (UDM) leader Bantu Holomisa believes guidelines should be gazetted on how they should operate.

This, as the country prepares for the municipal elections on 1 November that may see a number of municipalities across the country being run by coalition governments.
