On Monday, Android users worldwide started experiencing mass app crashes on their devices. Google has since identified the issue as a bad Android System WebView update and is working on fixing the problem.

Here is what you can do to stop your app crashing:

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Update the ‘Android System Webview’ app to the latest version

3. Update 'Google Chrome' to the latest version 4.
