The world’s norms have dramatically shifted over the past year. Phrases such as ‘social distance’ have shifted how we interact with our immediate communities. While some suffer from COVID-19 safety fatigue, the rise of the virus infections has reminded all South Africans of the importance of keeping safe as we kick- off the vaccination programme.
There is no denying that we are all longing to get back to a time where ‘safe’ practices are a thing of the past but to do so we must keep ourselves and our loved ones safe. To help South Africans do just that, non-profit organisation, PSI SA Health Solutions spoke to Ayanda Makhalima, Sinovuyo Stofile, Bafana Mkorwana, and Eyam Khanya Kakaza. Watch as they share how the pandemic has changed their lives and their hopes of how we as a nation can find our way out of it.
