The World Economic Forum (WEF) virtual event entitled The Davos Agenda (25-29 January) had as its theme: "A crucial year to rebuild trust".
As Naspers is one of the largest technology investors globally and the largest listed company on the JSE, Phuthi Mahanyele-Dabengwa, CEO South Africa, Naspers was part of the South African "virtual delegation".
She participated in a panel discussion, "Building Inclusive, Sustainable and Job-creating Growth in Africa".
She was joined by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, and Daniel Mminele, Chief Executive Officer of Absa Group.
