What about a new take on the classic tuna mayo? All you need is a dollop of double-cream yoghurt, a can of butter beans (another pantry essential) and a can of tuna.
Add some olive oil, parsley and seasoning and spread on toast, blend and serve as a dip for crackers or crudités, or simply devour straight from the bowl.
