With the body recommending judges as one of the sites of attempts to politicise the judiciary, a proposal to have fewer political appointees on the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is before Parliament's Joint Constitutional Review Committee.

The foundation delivered a presentation to the CRC on Friday on their proposal, which was first submitted in 2021.
