It will be business as usual for President Cyril Ramaphosa on Wednesday when he chairs an ordinary Cabinet meeting in Cape Town, while, at the same time, a report that can lead to his impeachment will be handed over to Parliament.
On Wednesday morning, the Section 89 inquiry panel will hand over its much-awaited report into the Phala Phala matter to National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.
The report, although later than initially planned, comes at a crucial time for Ramaphosa, with the ANC's elective conference just two weeks away.
