Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala fight far from over as EFF heads to ConCourt while investigations continue

As politicians prepare to fight President Cyril Ramaphosa in court over the Phala Phala saga, official agencies are yet to produce any concrete findings from their ongoing investigations.

On Tuesday, the EFF turned to the Constitutional Court to challenge the National Assembly's decision not to institute impeachment proceedings against Ramaphosa.

The ATM, which has been at the forefront in Parliament calling for Ramaphosa's head, has not filed any court challenge despite threats.
