Former ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule says he is eagerly awaiting the start of his R225 million Free State asbestos corruption case to reveal the ace up his sleeve.
According to Magashule, he has a recording "of the ANC top six" discussing how the asbestos case was only motivated by ensuring his political demise.
He said: "Once we are in court, you will hear what the ANC leadership said about this case. The first thing I will do once I am sworn in as a witness, the first thing I will do is play the recording of what the ANC top six said [assumedly a discussion among the top five from the ANC's last administration, given that he was already suspended before the election of the new top seven leadership in December]."
