Corruption accused asbestos audit kingpin Edwin Sodi’s palatial seven-bedroom Bryanston mansion is up for sale, with a staggering R85-million price tag, or monthly payments of R650 000.

This after the Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) revealed on Friday, shortly after Sodi and his co-accused appeared in the Bloemfontein High Court, that it had obtained a provisional preservation order for R300 million in assets owned by the accused.

The home does not appear on the list of properties preserved by the AFU.
