Twenty-six people allegedly caught stealing rolls of copper cable at Delmas Colliery in Mpumalanga are expected to appear in the Delmas Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
Police received a tip-off about the theft of copper cables at the coal mine in Delmas. Fourteen people were arrested at the mine on Wednesday, police spokesperson Colonel Donald Mdhluli said.

The rest of the suspects were arrested on Friday.
They are aged 25 to 38 and are expected to appear in the Delmas Magistrate's Court on charges of cable theft.
