V&A Waterfront is taking efforts to improve the health of its marina.

A team of experts, 75 diffusers and 1 500kg of oxygen are what it will take to restore the health of the V&A Waterfront's marina after thousands of fish died in its waters.

On Monday, it began a project that will see 75 diffusers installed to boost oxygen levels in the marina's waters, said Dryden Aqua water treatment specialist Mike de Maine who has supplied the diffusers to the V&A Waterfront for installation through UTICO Water.

The project will attempt to restore the water health, which has been compromised by unhealthy bacteria feeding on the dead fish at the bottom of the harbour.
