In his latest attempt to divert attention from his own party’s failures to manage the country's energy crisis and the legacy of state capture, Mineral Resources and Energy Minister Gwede Mantashe has accused Eskom's management of wanting to "overthrow the state" through load shedding.
In an extraordinary speech, Mantashe said Eskom was not attending to load shedding and “agitating” for regime change.
