President Cyril Ramaphosa says there should be accountability for the unrest, which claimed the lives of over 300 people in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

Ramaphosa was addressing an ANC national working committee (NWC) meeting on Monday.

Sources close to the NWC said an analysis report was presented by an official from the State Security Agency (SSA).
