ANC proposes party constitution overhaul to filter out questionable members

Facing the prospect of further electoral decline, the ANC is proposing constitutional amendments to filter the quality of its membership and revamp its notorious cadre deployment strategy. 

The party's policy conference is in July, and it wants solutions from its members on how it can clean up its public image, which has been tainted by corruption and a lack of service delivery. 

It released its policy documents on Friday, detailing various policy proposals.
