Frantic cries for help from three young children alerted neighbours to the gruesome discovery of the brutal murder of their mother, who was allegedly stabbed to death by their father.
Jamillah van Staden was killed, allegedly by her husband Kleave, following an argument at their home in Booysens, Johannesburg, on 8 January.
Her uncle, Jerome Lottering, told News24 that on the day of the incident, the couple and their three children had been in "good spirits" when they visited Jamillah’s parents who lived nearby.
